Two Bunch Palms Resort
Twine Dinner Series
Located in Desert Hot Springs, California, Two Bunch Palms is an adults-only wellness resort nestled in a grove of palm trees. The focus of this bucket-list resort is the mineral soaking tubs with waters from a 600-year old spring.
In addition to rejuvenating waters and a relaxing atmosphere, every other Friday, Two Bunch Palms hosts a communal Twine Dinner Series, which is a 5-course tasting menu with a wine pairing. Each dinner showcases wines from a specific region of the world, paired with a delicious seasonal menu. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are available to substitute to accommodate any dietary restrictions.

The dinner series seats 12 guests, starts at 7pm, and is $145 per person. Reservations are required and can be made through the hotel.
We attended the Twine Dinner Series this January and it was such a unique and fun experienced. The dinner series is a great opportunity to engage with other food and wine lovers. We had the chance to mingle with, and get to know, the other guests since you sit around one large table. The chef presents each course and explains his inspiration for it. And the dinner series is hosted by a wine expert who walks you through the wine selected for that evening. The night we went, the featured wine was from Eco Terreno winery, which specializes in biodynamic, certified organic wines from Alexander Valley, California.
